There were plenty of celebrity couples showing off their love at this year’s Met Gala, but Kylie Jenner walked the carpet alone. Her boyfriend, Timothée, was instead sitting courtside at the Knicks game. While Chalamet has always been a dedicated fan, according to a new report, there may have been another superstitious reason he wasn’t there.
A source told Page Six that the billionaire is scared of the infamous “Met Gala curse.” There has been an internet theory for years that couples who attend the event together eventually break up.
“Kylie and Timothée intentionally avoided attending the Met Gala together these past few years because they didn’t want to risk the whole ‘Met Gala curse’ thing,” the insider claimed.
