Lady Eliza Spencer looked supremely elegant as she arrived at the London Air Ambulance Charity gala on Thursday.
The beautiful model dazzled onlookers as she arrived at the event, which was also attended by her twin sister, Lady Amelia, Elizabeth Hurley and her beau, Billy Ray Cyrus, and the Princess of Wales’ brother, James Middleton, with his chic wife, Alizée.
Post-event, Eliza shared a sultry image of herself wearing a dazzling new dress, designed by high-end brand Oscar de la Renta, as she posed alongside her sibling at the Kensington Hotel. Eliza donned a striking black gown which featured sheer detail and a flowing train.
The dress nodded to the ‘naked’ dress trend, which had a resurgence in 2025 after Margot Robbie stepped out in an Armani Privé style on the red carpet.

Accessorising to perfection, Eliza chose to adorn her neck with an eye-watering diamond necklace, which featured a floating stone, cut in an exquisite pear shape.
Amelia also chose an Oscar de la Renta gown, which was predominantly black but topped with contrasting silver embellishment at the bust.
James and Alizée’s stylish moment
Meanwhile, James Middleton looked suave in a black suit while French financial analyst Alizée opted for a cream, long-sleeved top and matching trousers. She donned a chic pair of light blue high heels and complemented her outfit with three delicate strands of pearls.
