Lenny Kravitz just confirmed what we all suspected about his relationship with future son-in-law Harry Styles

Lenny Kravitz just confirmed some big news. The 61-year-old singer and father to Zoë Kravitz commented on Harry Styles’ recent Instagram post, substantiating the two’s relationship.

The “Fly Away” singer commented on Harry’s post promoting his latest music video: “Harry!” with a fist and a heart emoji. The post was of Harry standing in a power pose while wearing a white blazer and red shorts, with the caption: “Dance No More Video. Out Now. Respect Your Mother.” 

While Harry didn’t acknowledge the comment, fans of the couple took it as relationship confirmation, with it receiving over 2,000 likes.

Zoë and Harry, who were first linked in August 2025, reportedly shared their engagement news with a small group of friends in late April 2026, after the Big Little Lies actress was spotted wearing a massive ring in London.

But, just one week after her engagement to Harry was made public, Zoë appeared on the red carpet without her reported $1 million engagement ring, and notably, without her fiancé by her side.

Lenny, who shares Zoë with ex-wife Lisa Bonet, seemingly swept away any suspicions that Harry and his daughter called their engagement off by commenting on the “Watermelon Sugar” singer’s post.

This wasn’t the first time Lenny had commented on one of his daughter’s relationships. In 2024, when Zoë was engaged to Channing Tatum, the musician commented on the two’s future nuptials, which never came to be.

“He’s a really great guy, he was raised well, so he’s got manners, he’s charming, he’s a soulful human being, and so he’s become part of the family quite quickly,” Lenny said on Radio 2 at the time. “He fits and they’re in love. We’re going to have a wedding next year.”

But, Zoë and Channing split in October 2024 after three years together, a year before she and Harry started dating.

A few months later, in October 2025, the couple was spotted leaving a recording studio in New York, where Harry was possibly fine-tuning his upcoming album Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally. The two sported perfectly-paired all-black outfits and held hands as they walked in SoHo.

Less than a year after they were first spotted, Harry and Zoë are reportedly engaged. The actress was spotted wearing a ‘peekaboo’ engagement ring. About the ring, Jessica Flinn-Allen, a jewelery designer with a degree in metalwork and founder of Jessica Flinn Fine Jewelery, told HELLO!: “Her stunning diamond sits on a timeless, polished yellow gold band, in the classic solitaire style with a slight twist.”
