Lara Trump has left fans doing a double take after sharing a striking new photo showcasing her incredibly sculpted physique.
The Fox News host, 43, took to Instagram this week wearing a cropped red tank emblazoned with “USA” and an American flag from her own fitness apparel brand, pairing it with a cowboy hat as she posed against the back of a classic pickup truck.
Captioning the patriotic snap, she wrote: “American spirit never goes out of style.”
While the outfit reflected her all-American style, it was Lara’s impressive muscle definition that stole the spotlight. Her toned arms, defined shoulders and sculpted abdominals immediately caught the attention of followers, many of whom questioned whether her physique could really be natural.
“Are those guns legal in America?” one fan joked. Another wrote: “Insane muscles.”
A third commented: “I love everything about it! The hat, the shirt, the abs, the arms. Looking good Lara.”
Others were simply left in disbelief. “You get more beautiful and more ripped every time I see you,” one follower observed, while another asked: “Is your body real or AI generated?”
Her impressive fitness routine
For Lara, however, her physique is the result of years of consistent training rather than clever editing.
The mother of two, who is married to President Donald Trump’s son Eric Trump, has frequently documented her workouts on social media and previously opened the doors to the fitness centre and movement studio at the Trump National Golf Club in Jupiter, Florida.
There, she revealed that hammer curls and traditional bicep curls play a major role in building her signature arm definition, while shoulder exercises help create the sculpted upper body that has become one of her trademarks.
Her abdominal routine is equally disciplined, with high, low and side planks featuring regularly in her workouts to strengthen her core.
Lara has also said daily squats are non-negotiable, explaining that the legs and glutes are among the body’s largest muscle groups and require consistent training.
Variety is key
Rather than relying on one style of exercise, Lara mixes up her routine with CrossFit, Pilates and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, while also competing in triathlons to keep training both challenging and enjoyable.
Over recent months she has regularly shared glimpses of her workouts online, including weighted gym sessions alongside Eric, CrossFit training and time on the jiu-jitsu mat.
Earlier this year, she also invited Fox News viewers into her early morning routine, revealing that her day begins at 6:10am with a coffee enhanced with collagen and creatine before heading out for a cycling session.
Inspired by strength
Lara’s passion for fitness also inspired her clothing business. She launched the Lara Trump Collection in November 2024, explaining that she wanted to create activewear that encouraged women to feel just as strong and confident as men in the gym.
“In a world of fast fashion and outsourced production, Made in America clothing stands as a powerful statement — of integrity, craftsmanship, and national pride,” her brand states on its website.
